Eggs marinated in spicy wine broth

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 10 eggs
  • 500 ml white wine
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sherry
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 2 chili peppers (up to 3)
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 10 minutes

Hard-boil and peel the eggs and place them in a large container. Bring the remaining ingredients together briefly to a boil, pour the hot mixture over the eggs, and let it sit for 24 hours. The eggs will keep for several weeks. Delicious with fried potatoes and Frankfurt green sauce.
