Inschen's egg sauce with boiled potatoes – also available as egg salad

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 1 ½ jars of mayonnaise (salad mayonnaise), large jars
  • 3 cups whipped cream
  • 3 cups sour cream
  • 3 tbsp mustard
  • 3 bunches of chives
  • 30 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 ring/s of meat sausage
  • 4 kg jacket potatoes
  • possibly salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

not only a treat at Easter time

Cut the boiled eggs into thin strips and the sausage into small cubes. Cut the chives into short rolls. Combine all of these ingredients in a bowl. Mix the mayonnaise, heavy cream, sour cream, and mustard to make a salad dressing and pour it over the chopped ingredients in the bowl. Mix everything well and let it sit for about 30 minutes. If you like, you can season the egg sauce with a little salt and pepper. Meanwhile, boil the potatoes until soft and peel them. If you want to make egg salad instead of egg sauce, simply reduce the amount of dressing accordingly.
