Eggs with yogurt and herb sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • 1 cup sour cream (half cream)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 40 g butter
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • ½ tsp sweet paprika powder

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cover the eggs with cold water and bring to a boil. Boil for 7-8 minutes, starting at a boil. Meanwhile, combine the yogurt and soured single cream. Peel the garlic clove and press it in. Finely chop the parsley and add it. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Place on a flat plate. Rinse the boiled eggs under cold water and slice. Arrange on top of the herb sauce. Melt the butter in a small pan, mix with the paprika and a little salt. Drizzle over the eggs and serve immediately.
