Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 ml soy milk (soy drink)
  • 200 ml oil, e.g. sunflower oil
  • 2 small potatoes, boiled
  • 1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp light syrup
  • 1 bulb(s) garlic (solo), squeezed, or 3 cloves regular garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes

Garlic mayonnaise without egg

Blend the soy milk with 100 ml of oil at high speed for about 1 minute. Let the blender run and slowly add the remaining 100 ml of oil. Now add the other ingredients. Refrigerate for about 2 hours. Perfect with baguette, raclette, or grilled food.
