Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g jacket potatoes
- 500 g beans, green
- 300 g pork fillet(s)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 cup of sweet cream
- 1 bunch basil, fresh or dried
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 3 beef tomatoes (or tomato pieces from the can)
- 250g mozzarella
- salt and pepper
- Oil, for frying and for the dish
- Nutmeg, freshly grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cut the boiled potatoes into chunks. Wash the meat and pat dry. Brown them in hot oil on both sides for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, remove from the pan, and cut into thin slices. Deglaze the pan juices with cream, season generously with salt, pepper, and nutmeg, and set aside. Wash the herbs and chop all but a few basil leaves. Wash the tomatoes and cut into chunks. Drain the mozzarella and slice them. Grease an ovenproof dish. Add the potatoes. Arrange the meat on top and pour the cream over it. Scatter the tomatoes, beans, herbs, and layer the cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven (175°C) for about 15 minutes.
