Elderberry – Berry – Cake with Hugo Flavor!

  • 50 g Mondamine powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder

Cream:

  • 300 g Cream cheese
  • 500 g Quark semi-fat
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Bio lemon zest
  • 0,5 fruit Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon Elderflower syrup
  • 200 g Cream
  • 5 leaf Gelatin
  • 100 g Raspberries from my garden
  • 100 g Blackberries fresh

Cast:

  • 250 ml Elderberry juice, own production
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 packet White cake topping

Decoration:

  • 200 g Cream
  • 1 packet Cream stiffener
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla sugar
  • Chocolate decor

Biscuit:

  1. Beat eggs, water and sugar until frothy. Finely grate the chocolate. Stir in the aroma and chocolate + cocoa. Mix flour, baking powder + mondamine, sieve, fold in. Bake for 20 minutes at 175 ° C and let cool down.

Cream:
