Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup(s) vegetable oil
  • 1 cup(s) sparkling mineral water
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • flavoring, as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Flavoring as desired = grated lemon zest, rum flavoring, or similar. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl for about 3 minutes. Bake in a greased and crumbed Bundt pan for about 50-60 minutes at 175°C.
