Simply delicious
The bread is sliced horizontally, and then you start topping it from the bottom up. I started at the bottom with butter, then meat salad, then some lettuce leaves, then eggs and tomato slices. Then a thin layer of butter goes on the underside of the next layer to prevent it from getting soggy. The next layer begins with walnut-flavored spreadable cheese, then salami and cheese, then more lettuce, cucumbers, and radishes. Then cream cheese again on the underside. You need a whole tub each time. Then you continue with herb curd, and on top goes the sliced spring onions. Then ham, cheese, and whatever else is left over. So the top layer goes with the eggs and bell peppers, keeping some of the bell peppers for decoration. Leave off the top layer, and finally, mix the unflavored cream cheese with sour cream, perhaps adding a little more curd, and season with salt and a little garlic powder. Garnish with some bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and parsley.
