Emily's Spaghetti à la Gorgonzola

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 100 g smoked bacon
  • 2 tbsp oil (walnut)
  • 50 g walnuts, chopped
  • 100g Gorgonzola
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook spaghetti al dente according to the package instructions. Dice the onion and bacon and fry in hot oil, stirring, until golden brown. Add the walnuts and fry briefly. Add the cooked spaghetti and fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, shred the Gorgonzola, sprinkle over the top, and serve immediately.
