Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 handfuls of endive lettuce
- ½ piece(s) orange(s)
- ½ small mango(s)
- 4 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tsp mustard
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp chives
- e.g. salt and pepper
- n. B. sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash and cut the endive into strips. Peel and dice the orange. Peel and dice the mango. Mix the dressing together and season to taste. Toss the endive, mango, and orange cubes with the dressing and serve the salad in bowls.
