Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 80 g coconut oil
- 80 g peanut butter
- 220 g oat flakes, fine
- 1 m.-sized banana(s)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 30 g almonds, chopped or other nuts
- n. B. dried fruits

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
vegan
Heat the coconut oil and peanut butter in a saucepan or microwave until both ingredients are liquid. Stir in the oats. Mash the banana and mix in. Season with cinnamon and add the nuts. Line a 25cm loaf pan with parchment paper. Spread the mixture into the pan and press down firmly. Spread the maple syrup on top. Bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes. After baking, let the mixture cool in the pan and then cut into cubes or strips. If you like, you can also add chocolate chips (but this will no longer be vegan), dried fruit, or trail mix.
