Sweet oatmeal casserole for breakfast

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 150 ml soy milk (soy drink) or rice, oat, coconut drink etc.
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup or maple syrup (for non-vegans, thin honey)
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • Fat for the mold
  • e.g. sliced ​​banana(s), raisins, chopped almonds/nuts, grated chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

vegan

Soak the oats and chia seeds in the plant-based milk. Mix in the remaining ingredients and pour everything into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with fruit pieces, nuts, and chocolate as desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20-25 minutes. Tastes best when still warm. Note: If you use a sweetened plant-based milk (e.g., vanilla soy milk), omit the agave syrup, otherwise it will be too sweet.
