Enrico's pasta with tomato sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 packs of tomatoes, pureed
  • 2 packs of tomatoes (Pizza tomatoes)
  • 1 dash of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar, white or cane sugar
  • 500 g pasta

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

I invented it myself (I’m only 13 years old)

Add a splash of olive oil to a medium saucepan and add the passata and pizza tomatoes. Bring to a boil, add the herbs, and simmer for a few minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Drain, and serve immediately with the sauce.
