Epic Hot Chocolate
The perfect epic hot chocolate recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 liter Milk
- 100 g Dark chocolate couverture
- 2 tbsp Strength
- 4 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa
- 3 tbsp Powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp Ovaltine
- 1 pinch Sea-Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- Chop the couverture and mix with the starch, Ovaltine, cocoa, powdered sugar, cinnamon and salt.
- Heat milk – do not boil! Add four tablespoons of the mixture and stir with the whisk until the hot chocolate is slightly thick.
- If you like, you can add a shot of rum or amaretto or just enjoy it =)
- The mixture can be stored in a jar and is enough for the entire run-up to Christmas!
