- 150 g Bitter chocolate
- 100 g Butter
- 50 g Flour
- 75 g Powdered sugar
- 3 piece Eggs
- Melt the dark chocolate in a hot water bath. Beat the room temperature butter with a hand mixer until creamy. Beat in eggs and stir in for 30 seconds.
- Now add the flour and powdered sugar one after the other. Finally stir in the melted and slightly cooled chocolate.
