  • 150 g Bitter chocolate
  • 100 g Butter
  • 50 g Flour
  • 75 g Powdered sugar
  • 3 piece Eggs
  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a hot water bath. Beat the room temperature butter with a hand mixer until creamy. Beat in eggs and stir in for 30 seconds.
