Bruschetta Ala Chantal
The perfect bruschetta ala chantal recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Stone oven baked rolls
- 0,5 Pck Brunch paprika-hot pepper
- 6 Cocktail tomatoes
- 1 Bullet Mozzarella
- 30 gr Bell pepper cream cheese
- Chives rolls
- 50 gr Grated gratin cheese
- Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into very small pieces.
- Put the cheese, brunch, tomatoes and mozzarella in a bowl. Heat in the microwave for about 20 seconds.
- Add chives rolls and mix well.
- Put the rolls in the oven for half the baking time.
- Take out the rolls and cut them open.
- Brush halves of the bun with brunch and tomato mixture and sprinkle with gratin cheese.
- Bake the rolls until the cheese has melted.
