Bruschetta Ala Chantal

The perfect bruschetta ala chantal recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Stone oven baked rolls
  • 0,5 Pck Brunch paprika-hot pepper
  • 6 Cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 Bullet Mozzarella
  • 30 gr Bell pepper cream cheese
  • Chives rolls
  • 50 gr Grated gratin cheese
  1. Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into very small pieces.
  2. Put the cheese, brunch, tomatoes and mozzarella in a bowl. Heat in the microwave for about 20 seconds.
  3. Add chives rolls and mix well.
  4. Put the rolls in the oven for half the baking time.
  5. Take out the rolls and cut them open.
  6. Brush halves of the bun with brunch and tomato mixture and sprinkle with gratin cheese.
  7. Bake the rolls until the cheese has melted.
