Epiphany Cake with Chocolate

- 500 gr Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 20 g Yeast
- 2,25 dl Milk
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 32 Pc. Milk chocolate
- 1 Pc. Almond kernel as king
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 1 Pc. Milk
- Flaked almonds
- Granulated sugar
- I took dry yeast
- Melt the butter
- With fresh yeast: Mix sugar, flour and salt together, form a well and add the yeast dissolved in milk, butter and egg
- Knead everything into a smooth, supple dough and cover it with a damp kitchen towel and let it rise twice as much
- Shape a larger piece of dough into the middle part and place about 16 pieces of chocolate in it. Then place the 8 balls, each with 2 pieces of chocolate, loosely around the middle part
- Let rise again for about 30 minutes
- In the meantime, preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Beat the egg and milk and brush the cake, then sprinkle with almond flakes and granulated sugar
- Bake the cake at 190 degrees for about 30 minutes
