Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 slices of rusk
  • 1 banana(s)
  • ½ jar fruit, or any other fresh fruit
  • 4 tbsp oat flakes (melted)
  • 250 ml water
  • 250 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

from the 5th month

Briefly boil the milk and water and stir in the instant flakes. Soak the rusks in the mixture. Peel and puree the banana. Puree any other fruit as well. Add the fruit to the rusk mixture and puree everything thoroughly. Pour into 4 empty food jars, let cool in the refrigerator, and freeze.
