With the sweetness of fruits / suitable for Baby Led Weaning (BLW)
Mix the oats with the milk and eggs in a bowl and let it sit for at least 1 hour. I prepare the mixture the night before and let it sit in the fridge overnight. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a small (square) baking dish with baking paper. Peel the banana, roughly mash it and mix it into the oats. Season the mixture with cinnamon. Then spread the mixture in the baking dish to a height of about 2.5/3 cm. Wash the apple thoroughly and cut it into cubes of about 0.5 cm. Arrange the apple cubes on the mixture and press down lightly. Wash the grapes and any berries (I used 2 strawberries in the oatmeal photo), cut them up and spread them on the mixture. Bake the oatmeal on the middle rack for about 20 minutes. We like to eat the baked porridge warm. It also tastes good cold and is great to take with you, cut into sticks. Optionally, 2 tablespoons of ground nuts also go well with the oat mixture. Pears, plums, apricots, and cherries also go well with the oat mixture.
