Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g cod fillet(s)
- Lemon(s) – Juice of half a lemon
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 125 ml sweet cream
- 200 ml sauce (salsa sauce)
- 5 tbsp cheese, grated
- Dill for garnishing
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Preheat the oven to 225°C (425°F). Rinse the fish fillet with cold water and pat dry. Roughly dice the fish and drizzle with lemon juice. Grease and flour a shallow baking dish. Whisk the cream in a deep mixing bowl until semi-stiff, then fold in the salsa sauce. Place the fish in the baking dish and spread the sauce over the fish, smoothing it down. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
