- 300 g apricot(s), pitted
- 200 g mango(s), pulp
- 1 pck. flavoring , (lemon sugar) or grated lemon peel
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- 2 sprigs lemon balm, plucked leaves
- 250 g gelling sugar, 2:1
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
with lemon balm
Prepare and weigh the fruit, let it steep in a saucepan with the remaining ingredients for about 20 minutes (meanwhile, prepare the jars). Heat everything on low heat and blend. Then cook according to the package instructions, test for settling, and pour the mixture into the prepared jars while still hot.
