Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tbsp mustard, hot
- 8 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 tsp curry paste, hot
- 2 tsp fig paste
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 4 slices of smoked pork
- 2 balls of mozzarella (125g each)
- 500 g mixed fruits (pineapple, papaya, guava, banana)
- Butter, for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Grease the dish, place the smoked pork in it, and pour the fruit cocktail over it. Mix the mustard, crème fraîche, curry paste, fig paste, and curry powder into a cream and pour it over the fruit cocktail. Slice the mozzarella and spread it evenly over the top. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 30-40 minutes until crispy brown. Serve with rice.
