Exotic Mango Brunch Shake

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 mango(s), ripe
  • 200 g cream cheese (Brunch Légère)
  • 250 ml mineral water
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • ½ packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the mango, remove the pit, and cut into cubes. Then puree all ingredients in a blender or with a hand blender. Divide among 4 glasses and serve chilled.
