Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120 g dark chocolate
- 50 g butter, salted
- 2 eggs
- 120 g sugar, preferably brown
- 50 g nuts, peeled and chopped
- 5 tbsp white chocolate, chopped
- 5 tbsp dark chocolate, chopped
- 120 g flour
- 1 tsp, heaped baking powder
- Chocolate, white for the glaze
- Chocolate decoration (chocolate drops, chocolate sugar cookies)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Melt the dark chocolate with the butter and mix well. Beat the eggs and sugar until thick and foamy, then add to the chocolate mixture. Add the nuts, chocolate chips, flour, and baking powder and beat the batter well. Pour into a buttered springform pan and bake in an oven preheated to 190°C for 25-30 minutes, until the center looks firm. Allow to cool in the pan. Melt the white chocolate and cover the cake with it. Decorate with chocolate chips or other chocolate decorations and cut into 12 pieces while the icing is still soft; it would be a shame if it broke when cut.
