Toffifee – Kisses
The perfect toffifee – kisses recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 50 g Sugar
- 100 g Butter at room temperature
- 150 g Flour
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 pinch Salt
Ingredients for the kisses on top
- 3 Protein
- 140 g Sugar

- 140 g Toffifee
- Knead all ingredients together well – then put the dough in a closed tupper bowl for 1-2 hours. refrigerate
- Dust the work surface with flour – roll out the dough evenly and cut out any shapes the size of a toffifee – place the biscuits on the baking sheet lined with baking paper and cover with the toffifee – press the toffifee lightly on

- so that all the biscuits have the same strength you use wooden strips when rolling out the dough (from the hardware store) – I got them right away -I think the idea is great and I am happy to pass it on here! i will try to get these bars in different thicknesses in plastic …… they make the work a lot easier !! a big thank you to roland for pointing this out!
Preparation of the kisses on top
- Beat the egg whites firmly – slowly add the sugar at the end and keep beating until the mixture looks tough and shiny – now put the egg whites in a piping bag – then cover the toffifees with it
bake the kisses ….
- dry the kisses in the preheated oven at 130 degrees for approx. 40 minutes rather than bake them – then let them cool on a wire shelf
