Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slice(s) pork belly, fresh
  • Breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • Condensed milk, 10%
  • Flour
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

inexpensive and easy

Wash the meat and pat dry, cut it in half if necessary. I always do this so the slices aren’t as large. Whisk the eggs with a little condensed milk for a special flavor. Salt and pepper the pork belly, coat it in flour, then dip it in the beaten egg mixture, then coat it in breadcrumbs and press the breadcrumbs down. Heat oil in a pan and fry the belly slices on both sides, just like chops. I like to serve it with mashed potatoes and savoy cabbage.
