Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • Rum flavoring, a few drops

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Alcohol-free – For children’s birthdays

Beat eggs and sugar until frothy. Add vanilla sugar and flavoring. Whisk with the milk. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg.
