Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 200 g low-fat cream cheese
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 jar apricot compote (380 g)
- Cookie(s) (butter cookies)
- Cream or milk, to stir until smooth
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 15 minutes
Mix the quark, cream cheese, sugar, and cinnamon with cream or milk until smooth. Place a layer of biscuits in a small baking dish and cover with half of the compote, then half of the quark mixture, and repeat. Marble the top layer slightly, then cover and let it sit in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
