Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can apricot(s)
  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ½ pack of vanilla sugar
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 4 slice(s) rusk (wholemeal rusk)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

quickly prepared

Drain the apricots in a sieve. Mix the quark with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and milk until smooth. Place a slice of rusk on each of four dessert plates and spread a thick layer of quark on top. Place an apricot on each plate and serve the mock fried eggs.
