Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 handful of wild garlic leaves
- 250 g quark
- some milk
- salt and pepper
- some lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
for a spring breakfast or as a side dish to potatoes or baked vegetables
Finely slice the wild garlic leaves. Mix the quark with a little milk until creamy, then fold in the wild garlic. Season to taste and let stand for about half an hour.
