Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 175 g smoked tofu
- 2 handfuls of cherry tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp mustard
- ½ tbsp Marsala
- 250 ml soy cream (soy cream cuisine) (soy cuisine)
- some liquid smoke
- rosemary
- herbal salt
- Paprika powder

Traditionally, it’s prepared in a wok, but a pan will do in a pinch. Chop the tofu, onions, and garlic and fry in a little oil. When the onions are translucent and the tofu is crispy, add the tomatoes, tomato paste, and mustard. Shortly after, add the masala. Season to taste and mix in the smoke flavoring, rosemary, herb salt, and paprika, a little at a time. Stir continuously. Best served with well-toasted German brown bread. Rice or potatoes also work.
