Porridge with blueberries and physalis

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 180 g oat flakes
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 200 g blueberries, frozen
  • 100 ml cream
  • 4 tbsp Physalis, dried
  • 4 tbsp unhulled hemp seeds
  • 4 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • Salt
  • Syrup (rice syrup)

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Bring the oatmeal and milk to a boil in a saucepan, stirring constantly. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring continuously. Then add the blueberries, bring to a boil, and simmer for another 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously. If the porridge is too thick, add a little milk. Season with a pinch of salt and, if desired, rice syrup. Serve in bowls. Top with a little cream, physalis, hemp seeds, and pumpkin seeds.
