- 30 g wheat flour
- 30 g vanilla protein powder
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 ml milk, low-fat
- n. B. Vanilla flavour powder
- some coconut oil
- 10 g raisins

Mix the egg yolks with flour, protein powder, milk, baking powder, and flavor powder. Beat the egg whites until stiff and gently fold in the raisins. Melt the coconut oil in a pan and add the batter. Fry until golden brown, cut into quarters, and turn each quarter over. Then break into small pieces and continue frying until golden brown. Serve with powdered erythritol and applesauce, if desired.
