Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup(s) oil
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 cup(s) lemonade (Fanta)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 250 g powdered sugar
  • Lemonade (Fanta) or lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mug cake

All you need to do is mix all the ingredients with a whisk. Spread the batter on a greased baking sheet or springform pan. Then bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 40-45 minutes. Mix the powdered sugar and a little liquid (e.g., Fanta or lemon juice) until it forms a thick, runny mixture. Once the cake has cooled, spread the icing evenly over it.
