Ingredients
For covering:
- 4 Eggs
- 250 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 125 ml Cooking oil
- 250 g Flour
- 150 ml Fanta
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- 2 Jars á 470 g Peaches
- 600 ml Cream
- 3 packet Cream stiffener
- 5 packet Vanilla sugar
- 500 g Sour cream
- Cinnamon sugar
Instructions
- For the dough, beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy and slowly stir in the oil and Fanta.
- Mix flour with baking powder, sieve and fold in.
- Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180 * C (top / bottom heat) for about 25 minutes. Then let it cool down.
- Drain the peaches for the topping and cut into small pieces.
- Whip the cream with the cream stabilizer and 3 sachets of vanilla sugar until stiff.
- Mix the sour cream with the remaining vanilla sugar and the peach pieces and fold in the cream loosely.
- Spread the mixture on the cake and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Tip: The peaches can also be replaced with tangerines, for example, or mixed with tangerines.
