Fanta Peach Slices

The perfect fanta peach slices recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For covering:

  • 4 Eggs
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 125 ml Cooking oil
  • 250 g Flour
  • 150 ml Fanta
  • 3 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 Jars á 470 g Peaches
  • 600 ml Cream
  • 3 packet Cream stiffener
  • 5 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 500 g Sour cream
  • Cinnamon sugar
  1. For the dough, beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy and slowly stir in the oil and Fanta.
  2. Mix flour with baking powder, sieve and fold in.
  3. Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180 * C (top / bottom heat) for about 25 minutes. Then let it cool down.
  4. Drain the peaches for the topping and cut into small pieces.
  5. Whip the cream with the cream stabilizer and 3 sachets of vanilla sugar until stiff.
  6. Mix the sour cream with the remaining vanilla sugar and the peach pieces and fold in the cream loosely.
  7. Spread the mixture on the cake and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Tip: The peaches can also be replaced with tangerines, for example, or mixed with tangerines.
