Ingredients
 

  • 600 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Spring onion stick
  • 1 Onion rings blue
  • 50 g Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 25 Chopped basil leaves
  • 5 tablespoon Olive oil fruity
  • 1 tablespoon Dark balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Garlic clove chopped
  • 1 Seasoned Salt
  • 1 Black pepper from the mill

Instructions
 

  • Cut the tomatoes into slices and cut the spring onions into rings. Add the cheese, basil, garlic and onions and mix together.
  • Mix the olive oil and balsamic vinegar with a whisk, season with salt and pepper and pour over the salad.
