Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 tomato(s)
- 1 bunch of basil
- 1 onion(s)
- 400 g pasta (farfalle)
- salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp butter
- 200 ml vegetable stock
- 250 g whipped cream
- some lemon juice
- 1 can of tuna (210 ml)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Deseed and dice the tomatoes, pick the basil. Dice the onions. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Sauté the onions in the fat until translucent. Sauté the flour in the pan. Add the broth and cream. Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Tear the tuna into pieces and heat in the sauce, seasoning to taste. Drain the pasta and serve with the sauce. Garnish with diced tomatoes and basil.
