Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 portion of farfalle
  • 1 dash of cream
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 1 tbsp wild garlic, marinated in olive oil
  • some freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

super tasty and quick for wild garlic season

Cook the pasta al dente. Cut the tomato into pieces. If you like, you can peel it first, as the skin will come off later in the pan. When the pasta is cooked, fry the tomato in a pan without oil. Then add the pasta and the wild garlic. I chopped my own wild garlic and marinated it in olive oil. If you want to use fresh wild garlic, add a little more olive oil to the pan. Fry briefly and deglaze with a dash of cream. Simmer briefly and season with salt and pepper. Serve garnished with Parmesan cheese.
