Farmer’s Bread with Seeds
The perfect farmer’s bread with seeds recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 5 dl Lukewarm water
- 1 Pc. Yeast cubes
- 600 g Rye flour
- 600 g Wheat flour
- 4 tsp Salt
- 5 dl Buttermilk
- 40 g Each pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, sunflowers and sesame seeds or
- 120 g Kernels mix
- Pour the lukewarm water into a bowl and crumble the yeast into it. Dissolve while stirring.
- Put all other ingredients in the bowl of the mixer, add the yeast solution and stir everything together vigorously for about 10 minutes.
- Then let the dough rise in a warm place for at least 2 hours. Then knead the Normals vigorously for 10 minutes. Shape into a loaf and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 200 ° C and then for 20 minutes at 150 ° C, with top and bottom heat.
Comment :
- I used the kernel mix because there weren’t all sorts in the village. Water and butter-milk values are approximate values depending on the flour. The recipe makes 2 loaves of around 1000 g each.
