Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g potatoes, cooked
  • 100 g ham (maybe with some bacon)
  • 2 onions
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • Salt and pepper parsley
  • Caraway seeds
  • Paprika powder
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Slice the cooked potatoes. Brown the diced bacon and chopped onion together until well browned. Add the potatoes and fry. Whisk the egg with the milk, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, then pour over the potatoes and let set. Transfer the omelet to a plate. Sprinkle with parsley and garnish with the tomato. It can also be topped with cheese (sprinkle it on top while frying).
