Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 jacket potatoes from the previous day
  • 1 can of black pudding
  • some water
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Garlic
  • marjoram
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the boiled potatoes and slice them. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the diced onions until translucent. Add the black pudding to the diced onions and mix with a little water. Now fold in the potato slices (carefully, or they’ll become mush) and fry briefly. Season to taste. Sprinkle with parsley before serving. We serve it with pickled cucumbers.
