Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g potatoes
  • 2 tsp oil (WW), otherwise as desired
  • some salt
  • some pepper
  • 2 peppers, red and green
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 100 g diced ham (WW) or as desired, lean
  • 4 eggs
  • some paprika powder
  • 1 jar of pickled gherkins, 360 g drained weight

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

WW-suitable, simple and really tasty

Peel and dice the potatoes. Heat oil in a large pan. Add the diced potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and sauté with the lid on for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Wash and deseed the bell peppers. Peel the onions and roughly dice them with the bell peppers. Add the vegetables and diced ham to the potatoes and fry for about another 10 minutes. Beat the eggs with the paprika and pour over the potatoes. Stir until set. Season the farmer’s pan with salt and paprika and serve with pickles. 7 P per person.
