Ingredients for 4 servings:
- half cucumber(s), unpeeled
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 small can of black olives, pitted
- 200 g feta cheese
- salt and pepper
- Thyme
- marjoram
- oregano
- Vinegar (white wine)
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash and grate the cucumber. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into eighths. Wash the bell peppers, removing the stems and cores. Cut the bell peppers into thin strips. Peel the onion, halve it, and slice it thinly. Drain the olives. Cut the feta into smaller cubes. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and season with marjoram, oregano, thyme, white wine vinegar, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
