Kohlrabi and Carrot Salad À La Heiko

The perfect kohlrabi and carrot salad à la heiko recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Kohlrabi fresh
  • 5 Carrots
  • 1 bunch Parsely
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 4 tbsp Water
  • 150 g Cream yogurt
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  • Seasoned Salt
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  1. Peel the kohlrabi and carrots and grate them into fine strips in a salad bowl. Season with salt, pepper from the mill and herbal salt. Add olive oil, apple cider vinegar and water and stir. Now stir in the cream yoghurt and mix in the chopped parsley. Let it steep in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Season again and, if you like, serve with 1-2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. Good Appetite.
