Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- 250 g diced ham
- 200 g tomatoes
- 3 spring onions
- 2 chili peppers
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- some Parmesan, grated
- 150 ml vegetable stock
- some olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Finely chop the tomatoes, chili, garlic, and spring onions. Cook the spaghetti, fry the diced ham, and remove the fried ham from the heat. Sauté the tomatoes, garlic, and chili until crispy. Add the spring onions and fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Add the ham to the vegetables in the pan. Arrange the spaghetti on plates and spoon the ham and vegetable mixture over the spaghetti. Drizzle each plate with a little broth and olive oil and sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on the spaghetti.
