Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g penne rigate
  • 500 g tomatoes, chopped, from the can
  • 300 g chicken broth
  • 200 g cream
  • 120 g bacon cubes
  • 100 g spinach, chopped
  • 50 g peas
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, cover, and place on the stove. Only then turn the heat up to full. Once it starts to boil, reduce the heat considerably and simmer for about 20-25 minutes. Stir occasionally after 10 minutes.
