Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ liter buttermilk
- 1 cube of yeast
- ½ liter of warm water
- 4 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp bread spice mix
- 600 g rye flour
- 600 g wheat flour
- 40 g sesame seeds
- 40 g flaxseed
- 40 g sunflower seeds
- 40 g pumpkin seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes
Dissolve the yeast in water. Then knead all the ingredients together until you have a smooth dough. Knead it vigorously for about 10 minutes, then let it rise for 20 minutes. Then knead it again and shape it. Grease and flour the pan. I always bake my bread in a 5-liter Ultraplus (Tupperware), which makes it turn out really well. It can also be baked on a baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius, then for another 20 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius.
