Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g potato gnocchi
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 400 ml milk (1.5% fat)
  • 200 g processed cheese (20% fat)
  • 2 tsp broth, granulated
  • 2 pinches of nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 pack of Tomato al Gusto with herbs
  • 200 g ham (salmon ham)
  • 1 tsp basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Prepare the gnocchi according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside. Add the processed cheese to the warmed milk and stir to dissolve. Season with granulated stock and nutmeg. Dissolve the cornstarch in a little water, stir into the cheese sauce, and bring to a boil briefly. Add the tomato sauce and stir well. Cut the ham into strips, mix with the gnocchi and basil, and place both in an ovenproof dish. Pour the tomato and cheese sauce over the gnocchi and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
