Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour (wheat flour)
  • 300 g flour (wholemeal flour)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 400 ml water
  • 10 g yeast, fresh
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds or other seeds
  • Sesame, for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Knead all ingredients together thoroughly (approx. 10 minutes) and let rise in a covered bowl at room temperature for approx. 40 minutes. Pour the dough into a baking pan, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and score the top in the center with a sharp knife. Bake at 200°C for approx. 45 minutes.
