Quick pizza

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g flour
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • 1 tsp sunflower oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • Water, lukewarm
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • 100 ml cream
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • oregano
  • Thyme
  • tomato(s)
  • salami
  • Ham
  • cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

for those who love little dough

Preheat the oven to 220-230 degrees Celsius (convection oven). Mix the flour with the baking powder, salt, and pepper. Add the sunflower oil and enough water to form a nice dough when kneaded. If the dough is too sticky, add more flour. Roll out the dough thinly. Mix the tomato paste with the cream until creamy, then season with salt and pepper to taste. I also like to use Maggi or tomato-mozzarella seasoning. Spread the mixture over the rolled-out dough. Now add tomatoes, peppers, salami, ham, etc. as desired. All that’s missing is grated cheese. I only add the oregano and thyme now; then the pizza always smells especially wonderful. Place in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes.
